Made on a 1947-55 Advance-Design chassis-cab with the 1954-55 grille and one-piece windshield. The hood side emblem seems to be the 1953-54 one, which would make this truck a 1954 model only. The bumper indicates a "heavy-duty" 1½-ton / 2-ton model. Which would mean, due to the short wheelbase, a 4100 or a 6100. But it's weird, in fact, as these trucks usually have dual rear wheels... A side view of a front wheel rim could help to see what have been changed: the bumper or the rear wheels (this was apparently made for down-sizing the GVW taxes, sometimes)? RHD, so at least Made for Australia, but this info should be only used for "visible changes other than LHD/RHD".
