| McLaughlin-Buick Limited 1938 -model 90L with blanked off rear quarter windows , English lighting equipment and right hand drive.Custom modifications of the standard 90 L were performed in General Motor's Oshawa plant in Ontario , Canada. King Edward VIII owned a similar car with blanked off rear quarter windows , but a 1936 one, used during the abdication crisis. McLaughlin Buicks were a favorite car of Commonwealth leaders in Asia and Australia.Another owner was Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands |
