This is not a Veraneio, but a C-14 with a specail ambulance body, including a third rear door (from Veraneio). |

When comparing with a standard Veraneio ambulance: ... it appears that: • the roof line is different (although it could have been modified to gain in height); • the window shape of the rear door is different from the one of a Veraneio; • the rear door opening line should be on the wheel arch, and not before it; • the back door slope of this ambulance is more vertical than the one of a Veraneio; • a Veraneio would have a hatchback, not a 2-part rear door. So unless huge changes made on a C-1416 / Veraneio, this ambulance is more likely a long wheelbase (3.23 m/127⅛") C-1504. Single headlamps indicate a 1967-72 C-15 (1967-71 here, due to the release date of the movie). These Brazilian picapes are for now all set as Série 10 for consistency and to avoid them to be confused with the US C-10 models. -- Last edit: 2015-09-02 05:38:44 |
