The faint script on the side of the hood looks like "Willys". Could it be an old Willys Jeep, modified over the years ? |

I also thought of an Asia Rocsta, but it's been used in Panna's films since 1988, so I think it's a locally built CJ6. Something similar I've found:![]() ![]() ![]() |

As said here, possibly a 1949-53 Willys Jeep CJ-3A or any later local production based on it. |

This is not a Willys. Very likely built to copy a CJ3A? The body has too much rear overhang, the cowl is too tall, the windshield mounting is custom, the rear fender opening is too low, and the wheels appear to have too small a bolt circle to fit the Jeep hubs. Does not appear to have a traditional front drive hub extending through the front wheel. A copy. It may actually have a WILLYS flathood but too many other items do not look Willys. |
