Looks like 1990-93 Chevrolet W/T 1500 to me

1990 due to the 4x4 Sport package? Is this pickup a 4WD model?
(W/T means?)

W/T Work Truck

The 2015 Silverado 1500 range includes regular cab, double cab and crew cab body styles, all offered with 4WD. Models and trim levels include Work Truck (WT

i know this truck is far from being a 2015 Silverado but Chevy used that trim level for a long time

btw, was it used on the 1987 and under too ?

Merci, Baube.

The words I found from the Wikipedia:
Quote The Work Truck (W/T) was also introduced in 1990, which featured a single-cab long bed with Cheyenne trim and new grille with black bumpers.

Perhaps the sliding rear window wasn't available on the W/T.

As already said by rjluna2, the W/T was unveiled in 1990 only. But it seems that the Wikipedia "authors" confused "front bumpers" with "all bumpers": the standard rear bumper of 1988+ C-Series models wasn't chromed, it was just an option, and the (lowest) Cheyenne trim was indeed scarce on "shiny" stuff...

But the tailgate decals in the main pic seem indeed to match the ones of a 1990+ W/T, so let's assume that "our" truck is a 1990+ W/T-1500. Some models had 4x4 decals on the bed side, some other didn't. Do anyone know why?

_____

This link was given on purpose, but a rear black bumper can also be seen on the picture of the C1500 'Cheyenne' visible at the bottom of the page...

Thanks to Ford_Guy, I understood that despite the way it was sometimes written in the brochures and how it was labeled on the tailgate of the pickups, W/T1500 was in fact just a trim level:

the way i see it ( correct me if i'm wrong ), the 4X4's equipment is the same as their 2X4 counterpart so the " left page one " could be used as a reference. They also carry a huge option list so they might not be exactly identical despite being the same trim level.

First line of the left arrow text says : four wheel drive W/T 1500 and your question was about some having 4X4 decals while some don't . That's the thing i wanted to point out, the first line of the text, not the pic itself

Maybe it's my bad and i should have specified about the text instead of just sending you back at the link without any other indication
