No legible badge here. Either another 169 NT or a 697 ? |

If this is a Fiat built in Turkey, I believe https://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Otoyol it's either called an Otoyol-Fiat or only Otoyol. Edit: Some clues might also be found here http://www.zuckerfabrik24.de/fiat/50n12chrono.htm . http://zuckerfabrik24.de is the best Fiat source I know of on the Internet -- Last edit: 2015-07-17 17:07:01 |

I know Zuckerfabrik24, but I've also found a thread about eastern-european haulage in the 1970s & 80s on the german Baumaschinenbilder forum. And it must be good, because most of the pics there are stolen by those countless (and clueless) "car reference" sites who come from nowhere and clog Google image searches. Anyway, from Baumaschinenbilder, here's a photo of a 169 NT (4x2) and a 697 T (6x4), both turkish made. There's a small Oto-Yol badge on the left of the 697 T. http://www.baumaschinenbilder.de/forum/thread.php?postid=311511 -- Last edit: 2015-07-17 22:59:04 |
