Mid-59 Oxford plate so calling it a Morris, but I think these van front cars were 1958 production ["XC9003"], so this may well be earlier and lived on trade plates until mid-59 test run round Europe (commentary mentions in order - Norway, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Spain). Always seen with 1958 Austin XOC 233 on this trip - seems like there was one Cowley car/driver and one Longbridge car/driver to preserve the political balance.
