This is quite clearly not the usual Austin 12/4 taxi because of the fixed roof in the passenger area and the landau bars are not visible. The rear section (passenger area) looks too 'modern' but is not the 1939 Austin 12/4 because of the position of the side-lights by the windscreen.

The front or radiator is not clearly shown therefore it cannot be confirmed as an Austin. Possibly an early Beardmore but little to go on at the moment.

- Unknown until a better match can be found.

From the other 'unknown' listing, which includes a picture of the same taxi, the registration number is possibly EMY 564.

EMY564 is a Beardmore

A 1937 Beardmore Paramount Mk.V is the best identification I can find without a clearer picture.
