Not an Austin 10 Sherbourne but an Austin 12 Harley from 1927-1932 with artillery style wheels (wire wheels 1933-1934). Available with either a four or six cylinder engine, 1535cc (12/4) or 1711cc (12/6). This very unusual Austin is more 1934/5 than 1927, and has a strange body which I do not believe is a Harley or a Sherbourne. My guess is that it was originally built as a provincial (not London) taxicab or hire car on a low-loader taxicab chassis. Note the division between driver and passengers.
