Vented bumper came in 1994.5 for Diesel models. Definitely a Crew Cab. 1996-1997 were the only two years the F-250 was offered and only came with the CCSB (Crew Cab Short Bed). Since we can't see the bed it should default to 1994 F-Series Crew Cab 4x4. If a gasoline model then 1995-1997 but we need more of the truck visible (if it exists) to narrow further.
