The first is a Bugatti Touring model probably a 49, the white car is an Alfa Romeo 6 C 1750 Gran Sport with Zagato spider body |

I agree with Alfa Romeo 6C (louvre spacing and bonnet trim matches) however..... The white car looks closer to the Alfa Romeo 6 C 1750 Gran Sport http://www.conceptcarz.com/view/photo/132628,9022,0,410/photo.aspx By the front wing shape and style of head-lamps I think.
