how do we tell the Chevy City Express from the Nissan NV200 from side view ? |

Not at all, AFAIK |

There is a bad partial view of the front, I didn't include because a static captures does not show much. But with the big black grille in front it seems to be rather the Chevrolet. |

Oh great, until now, I didn't know these were badged as Chevrolets which will now add more to the confusion when trying to identify these. |

I did some searching on Google, and it seems the chassis code for the NV200 is [VM20], I assume that would apply to the City Express as well? |

according to wikipedia and my books, Chevrolet City Express 1st MY is 2015 ( sales starting in fall of 2014 ) but its surely the same chassis as the NV200. GM website seems to says same http://www.chevrolet.com/?evar25=gmcom_global_chevrolet ( click on vehicle then commercial ) . they still rare for now ( at least here, where my mom's cousin works, they tried to have one and got a NV instead because of the waiting time ) -- Last edit: 2015-06-03 04:37:05 |

According to the Chevy website, the body colored door handles and bumpers were part of the LT trim with the optional Appearance Package. The wheels are optional too. |

I can vouch night cub because I have 2015 Chevrolet Commercial brochure on my hand with this same configuration as shown here. |

Described as a Chevrolet van in ep 3.01, and the front is much more visible: |

The center caps on the alloy wheels would also be a good way to tell the Nissan and Chevy apart. Maybe the steel wheels too. -- Last edit: 2017-02-24 21:10:24 |

Yes I was looking for this chassis code but I was looking under GM not realizing at first it was a badge engineered product. We do this with badge engineered products. Honda badge engineered the Isuzu Oasis and we use the Honda Chassis code as that is what the vehicle was based originally. Baube they are extremely rare 4 years later and the fact there were discontinued doesn't help. I rarely see these at all and I am in philly where you would think smaller vans would be more beneficial. Edit: The chassis code used for the Nissan NV200's is the [M20]. So I am not sure if that is the right one of the one we use for Nissam -- Last edit: 2019-06-05 20:38:19 |

Ram ProMaster City and Ford Transit Connect seem way more diffused, or? Nissan NV200s seem to be used almost only as taxis in US |
