Very strange sequence and very out of place - must be sourced from something completely alien. Anyone recognise it?? Mad foreign bloke

It goes bang and throws all the bits into the air, but they all fall back into position so the car lives again

And what's the saloon behind it which I thought was Rover 2000 on first view - but can't be because of dates??

Big saloon might be a big Vauxhall/UK Ford. The car with the Hamburg-plates seems to be a German "Buckeltaunus" aka Ford Taunus G73A.

Looks like a Ford Taunus with the small rear window but with the newer front end and an added grille mesh.

The Ford has been retrofitted with the wavy grille from an Austin of some sort, (A50?), and the other car does look like a Rover 2000. Unlikely but 1964 just creeps into the envelope.
