It is if you buy a tv capture card. They can be had for $50 to $100 US. Hauppauge may be best if you have a slower cpu since it has an on-board encoder. Cards that use the cpu for encoding (the cheaper ones) can overload an older/slower computer |

Especially since it's only a background vehicle, if it was actually used in the film then maybe it would be worth listing. |

There are also USB devices, which is easier as you do not have to open the PC to add the card. But I do not know if they work better or not. When a car is actually used, it is worth listing anyway |
