Those Chufengs use Mitsubishi Fuso cabs. This one doesn't have the same style, especially on the doors' sheetmetal. The window's shape vaguely reminds me of a Ford Cargo, but it could be a coincidence. |

It is Dongfeng. In 1998 edition of Polish trucks of the world catalogue there is pic of truck with this cab. It was back then branded Dongfeng ZQ 1060 F or 3060 F and was made by Zhengzhou Light Automobile Factory (for Dongfeng/DFM). The cabin was original Chinese design. In editions 1999 and 2000 exactly the same truck like in movie is described as Dongfeng EQ 1060 F. Means there is typo in 1998 catalogue (ZQ instead of EQ) or they did change name in the meantime... |

Why we are sure it is 1050 G? There were also other versions as has been stated. We don't even know if 1050 is the oldest or lightest possibility. |
