2491tj ◊ 2007-01-20 22:32	Walid Armoured Personnell Carrier..ex Egyptian Army,introduced 1960..bodywork loosely based on Soviet BTR series..running gear from the Egyptian license built Magirus Deutz Mercur truck,engine 5.32 litre diesel from same truck..declared obsolete as an open top APC in 1973 and most versions converted with missile launcher system in rear compartment.
