Actually, this movie was filmed in South Africa, which leads me to believe it's a civilian-spec Taurus in police regalia, as here: /vehicle_694702-Ford-Taurus-1989.html |

The main one is a true PP as well, if you look closely next to the Ford logo, you can see the dark vents of the police pack. |
