Location of the side chrome bar, fender emblems, headlight shape, chrome stuff on the bottom of the C-pillar... Unless a Mopar sibling / cousin also use all of this the same way, all seems indeed to be at the right place for a 1966 only Plymouth Belvedere, as said by Ddey65.
