King Abdullah I's Daimler: Link to "c7.alamy.com"

But there's another script above that. What's it say?

I don't think it was made for Jordan at that time.

^^ "King Abdullah I of Transjordan in his Daimler car reviewing the Camel Corps on his Coronation, 25 May 1946".

https://youtu.be/82O976w7mOA?t=56 . Odd thing in the youtube clip - the flamboyant grille badge seen in the Alamy photo is clearly not there now, although both look like the same occasion.

I've found 2 book photos - different books with same photo and simple repeated caption - "King Hussein of Jordan's Double Six 40-50" - no other info given (date, coachbuilder etc). D6 40-50 was unveiled at Olympia show, Oct 1930, with the last examples built in 1935 as a pair of Hooper limos for George V on his silver jubilee and Queen Mary, which may have been the final sleeve-valve Daimlers ever made.

Both the book photos and this

"HLM King Abdallah I in front of the House of Representatives on the Independence Day of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan in 1946." look a darker colour than white, although still fairly pale, and a single all-over livery, so I guess repainted as seen in white with dark wings.

Intriguing possibility it survives in the the Royal Automobile Museum (Amman, Jordan) which has several Jordan royal Daimlers and other exotica, but I can't penetrate a combination of facebook and foreign text to pursue.
