To be more precise, a 1936-38 model, due to the wheel cover on the trunk (1939-40 models look this way). Read in Les différents modèles de Peugeot 402 (fr): TAXI T4 : Taxi sept places sur châssis long, séparation chauffeur, toit ouvrant arrière, compartiment bagages à l'avant. Construite d'octobre 1935 à novembre 1936. (For the record, the T4 chassis code is also used here (en), and seems to be identified as different from the L one) The main pic show also a sunroof, which makes it a 402 L Taxi (as a whole name, without complement) in IMCDb habits.
