shouldnt this at least have mustang or ford in its name?? It did start out as a Ford Mustang GT (hence the emblem) and they were only sold at ford dealerships |

On the Saleen website they list it as "Saleen S281", then in the description they add "Mustang" after the name. So the real name seems to be only "Saleen S281". |

I dont know i do know that when they are registered the make is ford and the model is mustang |

Not true any more. It was recently decided that Saleen vehicles are modified enough to be listed as a non Ford vehicles. For the new models at least. |

I still think that the Saleen's should be listed like this one (to help with the search at least) BUT I no matter which way they are listed they need to be together so I gues this one needs to be listed like the others 1996 Saleen S281 Speedster |

easier and not put so saleen s281 saleen for most wins a car on the list so it has 26 cars |
