1947 Commander Regal Deluxe. Note standard front bumper wing guards. They were optional on '47 Champions and optional on both series in '48. In 1949, they were no longer used as both series had true wrap-around bumpers by then. Cannot see if this is a 2-door sedan or business coupe. We know it is not the 5-passenger coupe design (later called "Starlight") since it has a 2-piece windshield. Regal Deluxe, owing to stainless steel windshield and rocker molding. |
