Were they sold as Dodges in Norway? |

Good question. I've never heard LeBarons being sold under the Dodge badge anywhere. |

It was sold somewhere as Dodge LeBaron. This brochure is not the same year, but does show the name for Chrysler International: Link to "www.oldcarbrochures.com" Another one: Link to "www.mclellansautomotive.com" -- Last edit: 2014-12-15 06:57:30 |

The Dodge Diplomat was likely sold here as the LeBaron to avoid confusion (and possibly for trademark reasons) with the Opel Diplomat. |

Lateef I believe that is accurate because of trademark/copyright. The VIN does tell us it is a Diplomat but obviously rebadged for the Norwegian market. G - Diplomat P - Premium 41 - 4-Door Sedan K - 8-360 (5.9) 2BC 8 - 1978 G - plant 216924 - serial number |
