It's for the crane-thingy on the right. I thought it looked interesting. |

Not sure what the backhoe is, but there is the rusty remains of a Steyr RSO/01 on the back of the GMC /vehicles_make-Steyr_model-RSO.html Looks like a Mercedes truck behind too -- Last edit: 2014-09-29 12:50:11 |

is it even worth keeping for a 1 star ? this old forwarders were usually based on some tractor and not scratch made -- Last edit: 2014-09-30 17:56:04 |

This looks like an interesting vehicle. I agree with Lateef big time. |

For a quirky German vehicle they are surprisingly common as a lot were used in agriculture and the Norwegian Telephone company used them after the war (there are about forty or so left), but they Fully restored they can go for quite a lot but they are very slow (20kmh) and you can't use them on the road so I guess the market is limited. In fact I think this one might have been saved and is now in Sweden as it is very similar to the seventh one down on the list of survivors..... http://the.shadock.free.fr/Surviving_Raupenschlepper_Ost.pdf -- Last edit: 2015-01-27 21:56:49 |
