What kind of radio bands are? First row seems AM, but the second row what is? For me don't seems to be FM... Long wave, perhaps?

Probably MW (Medium Wave = AM) and LW (Long Wave). FM launched in 1955 as VHF, but only really developed here in late 80s/early 90s for mainstream radio, replacing LW by late 90s.

I think you are a little out with your date for the take up of FM for radio. My family, hardly leaders of fashion, had a McCarthy Radiogram with FM in 1956 or 1957. I do, however, recall being annoyed that the Escort GL, I had new in 1984, had a radio that played stereo cassettes in stereo but could only receive mono FM radio signals, whereas the Ghia was all stereo. I had to wait until 1986 for that, a black Escort 1.6 Ghia 5-door hatchback, D579 EUE. Nice car, I did about 86,000 in it.

Here FM was more diffuse than AM/MW starting from the '70s, if I'm not wrong. In United Kingdom there's still the BBC on long wave, Radio 4, right?

Correct, used for R4, cricket commentaries, and for the shipping forecasts due to its long distance propagation capabilities. Cricket test matches can last for five days, with play between 11.00 in the morning until 6.30 in the evening or later, so the BBC reserve two frequencies, LW and a DAB space, for this.

RTL formerly Radio Luxembourg has ended transmissions on the Long Wave band: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbUhA6Vt6Sk

BBC R4/World Service in Droitwich still broadcasting until the valves run out.
