Supposed to be in Budapest, Hungary. By the way, the series was mainly filmed in Canada. -- Last edit: 2006-12-13 00:03:29 |

Of course, the name we use depends on where the film/show was made, not where the story is set. |

Hmm yes that's what I wanted to ask. I do not know why thought that some episodes where made elsewhere. Anyway, according to Wikipedia "Vanagon" name was for US. What about Canada then? -- Last edit: 2006-12-13 00:56:03 |

According to the IMDB, seasons 4 to 7 were filmed in Vancouver, and the rest in Los Angeles: http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0088559/locations Correction: looks as if seasons 3 to 6 were filmed in Vancouver: Link to "us.imdb.com" -- Last edit: 2006-12-13 19:22:40 |

This is 99% US Vanagon. European camper models had different sticker design and "Joker" or "Club Joker" stickers on both front doors. The metalic brown color looks like US spec too. |

What says the badge of the US-version? "VANAGON"? The early European T3 Camper were named "CAMPING". A pic from today: |
