Brit European Transport of Crewe, Cheshire - I quite often see their trucks hereabouts.
Question: I know 'L' stands for 'lärmreduziert' as required by the Austrian authorities.
On the above photo, taken at the German/Austrian border crossing near Bad Reichenhall some years ago, you might also be able to see discs bearing the letters 'S' & 'U'; I have also seen 'H'. Can anyone tell me what these stand for?
