Nope,1959-1963 Lancia Jolly(same 1.1 lt. engine of Lancia Appia 3a serie),modified in camper

PS Have a blooper on that vehicle;but if had back(visible in few frames)a GB ISO oval and a bad imitated(in Italy) UK-reg.plate(initials are HIZ-...),the vehicle don't show none of tech features for British market(in fact has left-hand steering wheel, meanwhile that at right-hand,as requested for circulate in UK)

PS2 in 1964 that model was replaced by Lancia SuperJolly, this time FWD and with same Flavia Berlina--1.5,later 1.8 lt.--flat-four engines, easy recognizable for quad round headlamps(the same shared by Flavia Berlina)and new grille(in Flavia-style)

HIZ 852 combination was Irish issue (County Mayo) in Feb-Apr 61, but:
- UK rear reflective plates are yellow and reflective plates were not allowed until 1968,
- it would never be written HIZ - 852 with a hyphen, and the font is strange,
- County Mayo is in the Republic of Ireland, not UK so would not use GB plate,
- I don't think Jolly was ever sold in UK or RoI.
So the GB plate is not a guide to registration nationality. Perhaps a souvenir from its holidays, but naughty to display it like this. Or the film-makers want to pretend it's a UK/RoI vehicle for the story, but their disguise is pretty clumsy.

@dsl: Irish rear plates were red and later white, not yellow, but you're right on the money for the rest of your post. See http://www.worldlicenseplates.com/ .
