However, seeing that the grille sheetmetal is in white as opposed to red, it could be that it is indeed a 1972+ model with an older replacement grille. -- Last edit: 2014-07-26 15:29:14
MisterZ ◊ 2015-03-14 18:20	Correction: the Transit didn't go on sale in 1972 in Australia like I originally thought, but was available in the 1960s. dsl ◊ 2015-03-14 20:20	I think stick with 1972 for the moment - all 3 entries have non-UK front paint treatment so I think are Aus-made. The best date would be whenever Aus assembly started, which is still unknown. We don't have any Aus-made Transits with the 71+ UK/D grille, so maybe it didn't happen for Aus??
