Wrong. This car was used by one of the bad guys throughout the movie, in a couple scenes. (he has his back to the camera in the photo) The guy holding the gun is the cop, he drove a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix. THIS car is a 2004 Bonneville, that's when the movie came out, to showcase the new Pontiac GTO for 2004, and the movie had a bunch of GM vehicles in it, including some nice Pontiacs, the GXP Bonneville, CompG Grand Prix, and the new GTO...in addition to the 1969 GTO Judge, which was a main part of the movie.
