| dunno bout the bikes, but I suppose the cars are rather obvious, twice Rover 800 series Fastback and a LWB Daimler Double-Six or Jaguar XJ. Oww and the white car waiting on the right looks like a Peugeot 405 or 309 |

| I dont think the police were using British bikes in 1990, I think the metropolitan police were using BMW`s at that time, although they look a little small & the front wheels look a bit skinny for a BMW... |
