British Ford? |

I don't think so; it's too perpendicular for any small British Ford (which would be unlikely in Japan anyway). I think it might be something ex-Japanese Army, like a Kurogane? |

Not Datsun, Is an 1936 Ohta Truck (OC) |

Indeed - but it would be an OD rather than an OC. Both Datsun and Ohta were derived from Austin 7, meaning that they were very similar, however this v-shaped bumper and straight radiator indicate Ohta. |

Now that you mention it I've been looking and it seems both OC and OD were both truck chassis, the OC before and the OD after. I like the design of the Ohta better, it is much more personal and careful![]() ![]() ![]() |
