 AEC Regal III, but the coachbuilder is a mystery. It looks like a Duple, but done on the cheap, the straight chariot panel and the inset front windscreen jar.

 I've seen the footage now. Actually a 1947 AEC Regal 0662 running for Timpsons. Body by Windover.
