| No. That's alot older than a 1991. It's not even a Ram. The Ram name came out in 1981. This is a 1973-1980 Dodge D-series. Note the quad lights. No Ram had these. The 1981-1993 Ram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Ram-pickup.jpg) doesn't have it. |

| need to find the year they went from round headlights to the quad. 73's had round. i found a 79 that had quad (so i removed the year). |

| I think it actually depended on the trim level. Like the Chevy Silverado of the 80's versus the lesser trim levels of that era. |

| that is 1980 dodge power wagon W-150, with the macho package. look at the stripes on the hood. the way to tell the difference between a 79 and 80 is that the 80's had the middle of the grills paited black. |
