No. That's alot older than a 1991. It's not even a Ram. The Ram name came out in 1981. This is a 1973-1980 Dodge D-series. Note the quad lights. No Ram had these. The 1981-1993 Ram (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Ram-pickup.jpg) doesn't have it.

79 and 80 the four headlight grill was an option. all macho trucks had the grills paint black in the middle.
