 I suspect it is a Puch 230 GE from Swiss Army stocks. This is a popular, inexpensive G alternative in hunting circles. Additionally, it has a petrol engine and automatic transmission as well as a longer wheelbase than the German Bundeswehr Wolf (https://www.film-autos.com/oldtimer-mieten/3249-puch-230-ge-baujahr-1991/).
