You are right, it's a 1940 Super Estate Wagon. It was the first Estate Wagon produced by Buick and that year, it was available only in the Super series (which was also at it's first year of production).

Merged here the same. Yes. As 'portacker' said ^above, main picture shows when the Buick wagon (no actor in it) holds up the Lincoln, later it was used briefly by James Cagney
