chase with Police car and Medicopter. 19222 was a german emergency number primarily used in Southern Germany. This number is still in use but not for emergencies anymore. Paintsheme and writings indicate this is a NAW of Bavarian Red Cross. NAW is a vehicle capable to transport the injured Person and the emergency physician together in a single car rather than using two cars.

was listed as motorhome, but in the end it seems to be another ambulance
Purzel89 wrote I entered Motorhome as model type because those circles on the roof mean the rear has air conditioning which only makes sense if it is a motorhome.

tore-40 wrote And, if it was a Bus, or a Taxi. See the higher sliding door for easy entrance, and the shelf above windscreen, for the lamp, is it?

I guess the interior isn't more visible than this.

Purzel89 wrote Air conditioning is unnecessary on this type of car if it is a bus.

It could also be an old ambulance where the stickers were removed. They have those circular shaped things sometimes (you called it "shelf"): http://files.bos-fahrzeuge.info/vehicles/photos/9/c/1/5/312522-large.jpg

tore-40 wrote I even doubt they are more than simple fan assisted air vents. It was usually a reversible fan, venting in or out.

An ambulance could fit, as you find just about the same profile on the right-hand side doors. Your link is equipped with a lower one. Even the ventilation is visible. It doesn't have these shelfs or mounts that we see in the main image, but still...?

Purzel89 wrote I think this shelf is for the emergency light. Would be bad if it was an ambulance, because that makes this entry obsolete, yet i find it interesting if it was an ex-ambulance.

But this is a good question. As what do we list an ambulance, which was built back to stock? For example, some ambulances were built into motorhomes. Like you can see here:
