I think he drives it on the dirt bit at the side of the road to test the suspension and then shows that turning the steering wheel left and right quite quickly doesn't make the car do anything. |

Yes, nothing. It was probably his rental car while he was in Arizona for this, so he couldn't do anything. |

He gives a short review of it, criticising the handling and "light and fluffy" steering, but in the end he forgives it for its shortcomings and deems it as "horses for courses", as it's fine for the long straight "bend-free" roads of the USA. He then goes on to say "What we cannot forgive however, is when America gives the world a sports car..." and introduces the Corvette which he later attacks with the helicopter. |

Yes, I've got the video now and I watched the bit with this and surprise, surprise, he does indeed slag it off!  But then it probably didn't compare to its European equivalents, like the Mercedes S-Class or BMW 7 Series. -- Last edit: 2009-04-17 15:00:25 |
