Note the car has air conditioning (a popuilar option in 1954); you can see the scoop at the lower, LH corner of the rear window.

From the position of the rear door handle and power-window switch, as well as the appearance and color of the arm rest, I'm of the opinion that it's a 1954 Cadillac "Series 60 Special" (90% sure). Note the car has air conditioning (a popuilar option in 1954); you can see the scoop at the lower, LH corner of the rear window.
