Export version? As the tyres say "Made in USSR" in English. The papers he has with it say "M-21M" https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ozzlbrh6Tfc but he doesn't reveal how he acquired the car. |

Brochure he has might not belong to this exact car. Tires saying Made in USSR might have said that on local tires too, to not bother additional hassle for export and keep things universal. Some (socialist or not) countries Volgas were exported to didn't use Cyrillic alphabet. Edit: Original tires did have it in latin English He didn't seem to like this car, and found it rather comical.
