1980 I would say. The turn-signals were white in 79 but turned amber with 1980 model year. I see the 79 on the plate, might have been registered summer/late 79. |

@ bluethunder, even though you didn't add this vehicle you should add extra angles and views for a four star car if you are completing the movie. |

Would this car have the V8-6-4 notorious cylinder shut down? |

This Eldorado is a 1979. Grille design is unique to this year only. |

The V8-6-4 is 1981. This is 1979 which has Oldsmobile 350 with Cadillac designed fuel injection. |

The 1980 Eldorado was no longer available with the Oldsmobile 350 (except in California) but got a "L61" 368 cu in (6.0 liter) V8 with the then-new TPI fuel injection which produced all of 145 horsepower and was a de-bored version of a unique-to-Cadillac engine introduced in 1977. The only other engine option for 1980 was the "LF9" Oldsmobile diesel. The car in the movie clearly has a gas engine. The V8-6-4 was available in 1981 only, and replaced by the HT4100 for 1982 and stayed until the end of this generation. |
