LDV Convoy.

LDV made Convoy and Pilot models, Convoy being the larger wider vehicle with more windscreen curvature at the 'A' pillar, as here.

The Sherpa, Convoy, Pilot can trace its design roots back to the Austin Morris J4 van I believe so a very long record of van production. They always managed to find a market for selling vans despite the domination of the Transit vehicles and many old Sherpas are still in use.

LDV recently had financial difficulties and shortly after going into production with the Maxus (a design originally from a LDV/Daewoo cooperation) LDV Limited was sold to Russia's GAZ group.

Don't forget that they also are a prime source for front axles for our Stockcar F1s.

If its not too far off-topic, a picture or link to one would be good. (The stockcar not the front axle ;) )
