They always managed to find a market for selling vans despite the domination of the Transit vehicles and many old Sherpas are still in use. LDV recently had financial difficulties and shortly after going into production with the Maxus (a design originally from a LDV/Daewoo cooperation) LDV Limited was sold to Russia's GAZ group.
