Looks a lot like a 1991-93 Toyota Aristo (JZS140) 3.0V. I say 3.0V as it seems to be racing someone and when new, the 3.0V had a 2JZ-GTE (turbo) when new.The 4.0 Zi-Four with the 1UZ-FE V8 wouldn't be released until 1994 but it still wasn't as sporty as the 3.0V.

I still say aristo. Look carefully under the bumper where the valance panel is and look at the wikipedia link which I have included. You will see the similarities. The Sprinter Carib valance panel is black while this one is coloured. Also, like I said above, it seems to be racing somebody and the Sprinter Carib wasn't all that powerful.
