Isn't that a Chevrolet? I don't know what kind (Suburban, maybe), but I'm sure that grille says Chevrolet.

The 1963's had the wraparound windshield, and the "Chevrolet" name on the bottom of the grille, not the top.

Suburbans were Carryalls. Or Carryall Suburbans. or Carry-all Suburbans :D
You meant panels?

This truck has a 1960-63 wraparound windshield + 1962-66 hood:

("Ours" compared to a 1964 model cab)
The grille may have been changed during it's 11 or 12 years of existence (1962 to 1974).

In any case, ambulances were most of the time based on panels. But nothing help us here to see if it is a C1405 (115" -2.92 m- wheelbase / 7.5 ft. -2.29 m- load compartment) C-10 or a C3605 (133" -3.38 m- wheelbase / 10.5 ft. -3.2 m- load compartment) C-30 panel.
And no indication tell us if it is a C-Series or a K-Series model, as panels can be with 4WD too.

Second new thumbnail clearly shows the A-pillar slanted forward, so 1964 at least?

Sweet, I didn't even know they existed as ambulances!
