Used to spray tramps with water - was it a sport in the 1970s?? Seems a well known preserved example - originally WW2 (nice blackout livery) and decribed as Mobile Dam Unit which sounds interesting eg http://ccmv.aecsouthall.co.uk/p959582705/h25EFB5EC#h25efb5ec , http://www.flickr.com/photos/rw3-497alh/9554737791/ . DVLA details for GXM 542 are: Date of Liability 01 06 2014 Date of First Registration 10 05 1943 Year of Manufacture 1943 Cylinder Capacity (cc) 6000cc CO₂ Emissions Not Available Fuel Type PETROL Export Marker N Vehicle Status Licence Not Due Vehicle Colour GREY Vehicle Type Approval Not Available -- Last edit: 2013-10-22 19:06:25 |
