2004-2006 Lincoln Navigator/Aviator behind the Passport, or could it be a Rodeo?

Also the the D-pillar is painted to match the rest of the exterior. It is always painted black on the Rodeo.

that was on the first generation only, this (the second) generation didn't have black pillars unless the truck was black

Tonka there aren't any 2003 or 2004 Passports. This is a 2000-2002 indeed in LX trim by the black door handles and the rear tire mounted on the back. 1998-1999 LX have the rear tire under the SUV or on the tail gate (optional). The trim levels swapped this feature for MY 2000.

Sadly, I do not recognize the wheels so I cannot tell if this is a 2WD or 4WD model. Since both codes have [58W] at the end we might as well (we do not have any code for these) use that if we cannot tell the drivetrain.
