It's definitely earlier -- in fact it is earlier than the Corniche (announced 4 March 1971). The round reversing lamps give the car away as a Silver Shadow drophead coupe by Mulliner Park Ward. Unfortunately, many of these rare cars have since had Corniche nameplates put on their bootlids, as in this case.
