Looks like it's a Bedford of some sort.

Wipers and front panel are not from either Bedford A or D type (the only split screen normal control trucks from mid-1950s).

Other details are unclear but similar to Bedford so unless other views are possible cannot comment further.

Length of wing behind the front wheel too long for Bedford A type or D type and depth of bonnet also not right when looking at the YouTube video.

Military spec may have used top mounted wipers to allow top-hinged windscreens for ventilation.
